Scrap Magazine (ISSN 1040-9955), was published by Plutønium Press from 1986 - 1990. It was started as a vehicle for the collages and visual art of Chris Winkler. It attracted a strong following, and featured contributions from every corner of the globe, from some of the best pre-computer artist's that used the worldwide Postal system to distribute their works in the late 1980's. Since we have no desire to re-print them, we are offering the back issues as 150 dpi eBook PDF files that can be viewed on any computer, eBook viewer, or printed.
